My stay at the hotel was a mix of delights and disappointments. The rooms were lovely, but there was a constant sewage smell on the third floor. Despite that, they were brilliantly designed, making it the best place I've stayed in so far. The service was pleasant overall, with one standout staff member named Julia who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was superb, right in the heart of Amsterdam, although some areas could do with refurbishment. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide selection of delicious options, but sadly the place was empty. The hotel's facilities, like the rooftop pool and restaurant, were quite impressive but could benefit from some improvements.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were showing signs of wear and tear but did offer a lovely terrace with a hot tub overlooking the canal. The service was friendly but lacked warmth and genuine hospitality. The location was excellent, near Dam Square with a modern design, though service at the W lounge was slow. The dining options were limited and overpriced, but the breakfast was exceptional. The facilities were average with nothing outstanding.
